1. Scope of Services

Solargrid Engineering provides Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for solar power plants and advanced chemical earthing solutions. All technical surveys and site assessments are subject to physical verification and environmental factors.

2. Quotations and Pricing

• Quotations provided are valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
• Final pricing for solar installations is subject to change based on actual site conditions and variations in statutory government taxes or subsidy policies.

3. Payments and Subsidies

Engagement for PM Surya Ghar Yojana or other government schemes requires adherence to specific documentation and timeline requirements. Solargrid Engineering assists in the subsidy application process but is not responsible for delays or rejection from government nodal agencies.

4. Installation and Site Access

The client is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the roof or installation site. Any structural modifications required to support solar panel loads must be approved by a qualified structural engineer at the client's expense.

5. Warranty and Maintenance

Product warranties (Solar Panels, Inverters, Earthing Rods) are provided directly by the manufacturers. Solargrid Engineering provides a standard workmanship warranty as defined in the specific service contract signed at the time of order.

6. Limitation of Liability

Solargrid Engineering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from power outages, grid failures, or natural disasters (Acts of God) affecting the solar system performance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
